Lumbar area relief

I was reduced to trying to put a large book behind the pillow I'd been using for lower back support when I purchased this cushion. I like to write in my small, not puffy recliner, fine for an hour of tv but concentrated work time left some degree of stiffness and pain. After about a month of regular use of the UnivCushion while balancing and using a laptop (with tea break stretches) for 2-3 hrs, all is well with lower back. The cushion fits into the little curve at base of spine, but I also use it upright seated against the flat back for posture aid, something I work on. Certainly a worthwhile purchase! Highly recommended.
