My tempur-cloud pillow is just the right balance of softness and support. I have had a firmer tempur pillow for many years, however I noticed neck pain occurring (especially if my pillow was a little bit cold). My sleep has improved with my Cloud pillow. This is the 2nd or 3rd time I have ordered these pillows. I am slowly replacing all the pillows in my house with this product. They are very high quality and the most comfortable for my cranky neck that I have found. I side sleep and back sleep, and they work for both.
